How to register with this GP surgery – The Grove Medical Practice – NHS
If you have difficulty registering online, you can also register at the practice. We can provide registration forms at reception and we will also need you to bring the following when you come in to register :
- Your NHS number (this can be obtained from your last GP)
- Photographic proof of identification (eg passport, driving license)
- Proof of address not older than three months (eg bank statement, utility bill)
- History of vaccinations for all children aged six years or under

Temporary Residents
If you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one urgently, you can receive emergency treatment for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient.

You can register as a temporary resident with a GP in England if you are in the area for longer than 24 hours but less than three months.
